Frequently asked questions

Answers below reflect how the platform behaves for most accounts. Exact availability and limits always follow the active plan, profile, role, and organization policy — the signed-in experience is authoritative for your account.

I signed up but never received the verification email. What do I do?

Section titled “I signed up but never received the verification email. What do I do?”

Check your spam or junk folder first, and confirm the address you entered is correct. The confirmation screen includes a Resend email option; resends are briefly rate-limited, so wait a moment between attempts. If the message still does not arrive, try signing up again with the correct address or contact support.

I forgot my password. How do I get back in?

Section titled “I forgot my password. How do I get back in?”

Use the reset option on the sign-in page. You will be asked to verify your identity through your account contact details before choosing a new password. If two-factor authentication is enabled, it still applies after the reset.

I lost my authenticator device and cannot pass two-factor authentication

Section titled “I lost my authenticator device and cannot pass two-factor authentication”

Use one of the recovery codes you saved when you enabled two-factor authentication — each works once. If you have no recovery codes left, contact support from your account email and be prepared to verify your identity.

Yes, where your account is connected to those providers. Social sign-in does not bypass security: if two-factor authentication is enabled on the account, the code is still required.

Can I use more than one CHAMPREP account in the same browser?

Section titled “Can I use more than one CHAMPREP account in the same browser?”

Yes. The account menu in any service header lets you add another profile and switch between signed-in profiles. Each profile keeps its own services, plan, and permissions; switching profiles switches the whole context.

How do I change my profile picture or name?

Section titled “How do I change my profile picture or name?”

Open your personal dashboard and edit your profile. The change propagates to the services that display your avatar and name.

What is the difference between a subscription plan and an add-on?

Section titled “What is the difference between a subscription plan and an add-on?”

Your plan is the base bundle: it decides which services you can open, which features are enabled, and your usage limits. An add-on is an optional extra purchased on top of the plan to extend one specific allowance or capability, without changing the plan itself. If one limit is the only bottleneck, an add-on is usually enough; if several limits are tight or you need more services, upgrade the plan. See Plans, add-ons, and billing for the full picture and champrep.com/add-ons for what is available.

On the pricing page. The documentation deliberately avoids quoting prices so it never disagrees with checkout.

Monthly allowances reset at the start of each billing cycle — your dashboard shows the exact reset date for the current period. Capacity allowances (stored files, meeting rooms, published courses, and similar) do not reset; they free up when you delete or archive items. Purchased add-on packs follow their own terms and do not reset with the monthly cycle.

The service tells you which limit you reached and whose limit it is (for shared containers such as team boards, limits belong to the owner of the container). You can free capacity, wait for the monthly reset, buy an add-on, or upgrade the plan.

Payments are retried, including across your other saved payment methods where available, and you receive an email at each stage. Your services keep working during a grace period. If the invoice remains unpaid, access to paid services is paused — your data is not deleted — and paying the open invoice from billing.champrep.com restores access immediately.

How do I cancel my subscription? Do I get a refund?

Section titled “How do I cancel my subscription? Do I get a refund?”

Cancel any time from billing.champrep.com. The subscription stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, then does not renew, and the account continues on the free plan. CHAMPREP does not issue partial refunds for unused time; the authoritative terms are in the Terms of Service.

In the billing app at billing.champrep.com, alongside your payment methods and subscription details.

What is the difference between a Team and an Enterprise organization?

Section titled “What is the difference between a Team and an Enterprise organization?”

Both are shared workspaces under one subscription. Teams are the lighter option: per-seat billing, an owner who invites members, roles, and a team dashboard. Enterprise organizations add administrative depth: per-member service and feature access control, delegated administrative capabilities, verified email domains, SSO and SCIM provisioning where supported, and organization-level billing. A user belongs to either a team or an organization for paid membership, not both at once.

The team owner invites members by email from the team dashboard. Invitees accept the invitation, create or use their CHAMPREP account, and join without paying — the team’s seats cover them. Owners can only invite as many members as they have paid seats for; adding seats is a checkout change from the team dashboard.

Can I leave a team and return to my personal account?

Section titled “Can I leave a team and return to my personal account?”

Yes. Leaving a team returns you to your personal account and plan. Billing for a departed member adjusts at the end of the current billing period — seats are not partially refunded mid-cycle.

I manage a team or organization — where is the switch to that dashboard?

Section titled “I manage a team or organization — where is the switch to that dashboard?”

In the left side panel of your personal dashboard you will find a Switch to card for the team or enterprise dashboard, shown when your role admits you to it. The same affordance exists in the other direction, so moving between contexts is one click.

Who pays for usage in a shared board or workspace?

Section titled “Who pays for usage in a shared board or workspace?”

The owner of the shared container. When members create items inside a shared team or organization space, the usage counts against the owner’s limits, and any limit message names the owner’s plan rather than the member’s.

How does an organization control what members can use?

Section titled “How does an organization control what members can use?”

Enterprise owners and admins manage a service-access matrix: services and individual features can be enabled or disabled per member, within what the organization’s plan includes. Members see the result immediately in their own workspace.

Every service has its own app — for example mail.champrep.com, calendar.champrep.com, and drive.champrep.com. The complete catalog with links and descriptions is on the services page.

What is the panel on the right side of every service?

Section titled “What is the panel on the right side of every service?”

That is the service rail — a launcher listing the platform’s services. Services with a compact side-panel experience (such as Drive, Notes, Mail, Calendar, Contacts, Chat, and CHAMPREP AI) open in place so you can use them without leaving the page; the others open in a new tab.

What is the difference between Learn and LMS?

Section titled “What is the difference between Learn and LMS?”

Learn is the marketplace-oriented education service: take courses, create and publish them, and maintain instructor profiles. LMS is an institution-managed learning environment for schools and organizations: rosters, classes, gradebooks, attendance, admissions, guardians, and academic records. They are separate services with different audiences.

How do students join an institution on LMS?

Section titled “How do students join an institution on LMS?”

Institutions can enable public registration with a join code or link. Students register through the institution’s join page, the institution reviews or auto-accepts applications according to its settings, and accepted students are added to the roster.

Does CHAMPREP AI have access to everything in my account?

Section titled “Does CHAMPREP AI have access to everything in my account?”

No. CHAMPREP AI works within the permissions of the signed-in profile and the plan’s limits, and asks for approval where actions require it. It cannot reach services or data the active profile cannot reach. Review important output before relying on it.

Yes — mobile apps for major services, a cross-platform desktop client available from apps.champrep.com, a browser extension, a CLI, and SDKs for developers.

Can external people participate without a CHAMPREP account?

Section titled “Can external people participate without a CHAMPREP account?”

Several flows are designed for external participation where the owner enables them — public booking pages in Calendar, public forms, invoice documents delivered to clients, and joining supported meetings by link.

Yes. Your personal dashboard includes a data-export request flow. The Privacy Policy describes how personal data is handled.

From your personal dashboard, use the close-account flow and read the on-screen consequences carefully — closing an account is meant to be final. Settle or cancel any active subscription first from billing.champrep.com.

Is my data deleted immediately when payment fails?

Section titled “Is my data deleted immediately when payment fails?”

No. A failed payment pauses access to paid services after the grace period; it does not delete your content. Paying the open invoice restores access.

Through champrep.com/contact-us. Include what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead — and never include passwords or full payment details.

Something in these docs looks wrong or out of date

Section titled “Something in these docs looks wrong or out of date”

Documentation is reviewed against the platform regularly (each page shows a last-verified date). If you spot a mismatch, report it via contact us — the signed-in product is always authoritative for your account.
