Connected capabilities

CHAMPREP services are useful individually, but the platform becomes more valuable when work crosses application boundaries. Shared capabilities reduce the number of accounts, integrations, and repeated decisions needed to move a task forward.

One identity with the right working context

A CHAMPREP account can participate in personal, team, and organization contexts. The active profile determines which data, services, permissions, and usage limits are available.

  • Switch supported services without creating a separate product account.
  • Keep personal and organization work in the appropriate profile context.
  • Use shared identity and session flows across supported services.
  • Preserve role and organization boundaries when moving between services.

This does not mean every service exposes every piece of account data. Each service still enforces the permissions needed for the requested action.

Services that can meet inside the workflow

Where supported, a service can open as a compact side panel rather than loading an entire second application. For example, a workflow can present Calendar, Chat, Contacts, Notes, Meet, or CHAMPREP AI in a smaller service experience.

This model provides two useful choices:

  1. Open the full service when the work needs its complete interface.
  2. Use a focused panel when the service is supporting a task already in progress.

Both experiences use the active account context and the underlying service’s access controls.

CHAMPREP AI is designed as a platform capability, not only a destination page.

  • Select from supported models or use automatic selection.
  • Match models to supported text, image, audio, speed, or other capabilities.
  • Reuse prompts and use voice or media workflows where supported.
  • Ask AI to work with supported CHAMPREP services when the user is authorized.
  • Use compact AI experiences from other applications where available.

CHAMPREP AI is designed to operate within existing permissions, not create new ones. Important output and consequential actions should be reviewed before use.

Drive provides a common place for files used across CHAMPREP. Services can create or use content in recognizable service folders while Drive continues to provide organization, preview, sharing, storage visibility, and trash recovery.

This approach helps reduce duplicate uploads, but it also preserves the link between a file and the service that uses it. Removing service-created content from Drive can affect its availability in the originating service.

CHAMPREP uses shared interface conventions so users do not have to relearn the workspace in every application.

  • A centralized service switcher exposes the services available to the account.
  • Light and dark display modes are designed to remain readable across services.
  • Shared notifications can bring service activity into a common inbox.
  • Presence and status can represent availability across supported experiences.
  • Profile switching keeps the active account context visible.

Some experiences continue to evolve service by service. The signed-in interface is the authoritative view of what is currently enabled.

Not every useful workflow should require the recipient to already have a CHAMPREP account. Services can expose controlled public experiences where the workflow calls for them.

  • Calendar can publish booking pages for guests.
  • Forms can collect responses using configured public or invitation access.
  • Learn can present approved public courses and creator offerings.
  • LMS can support configured institution registration or admissions journeys.
  • Invoice can present supported payment links and client-facing documents.

These experiences are designed to expose only the configured workflow. Access and available actions depend on the service configuration and applicable permissions.

CHAMPREP Business capabilities help an organization manage the platform as a coherent workspace.

  • Provision members and allocate seats.
  • Configure supported SSO and SCIM flows.
  • Delegate roles and service capabilities.
  • Control service availability through plans and organization policy.
  • Review supported usage, billing, domains, and audit information.

Plans and limits remain configuration-driven. Public documentation therefore does not promise a fixed free allowance or a universal quantity for every account.

The API and CLI extend supported workflows beyond the browser.

  • Scoped credentials limit integrations to approved capabilities.
  • Revocation, rate limits, quotas, and usage controls help govern access.
  • Webhooks support event-driven workflows where available.
  • CLI commands provide a repeatable interface to supported services.

These interfaces are designed to operate within documented platform access controls, quotas, and rate limits.

Connected capabilities are designed to reduce app switching, duplicate setup, manual copying, and fragile integration chains. The value is not that every screen looks identical. It is that focused services can cooperate while the user, organization, permissions, and plan remain understandable.
