Plans, add-ons, and billing

CHAMPREP uses one subscription to control which services you can open and how much of each you can use. This page explains the moving parts: plans, seats, usage limits, add-ons, and the billing lifecycle. Current prices and plan line-ups are always shown on the pricing page.

A subscription plan is the base of your account. It defines:

  • Which services are included — for example whether Invoice, LMS, or CHAMPREP QA are part of your plan.
  • Which features are enabled inside each service — plans can switch individual capabilities on or off.
  • Your usage limits — numeric allowances such as storage space, meeting rooms, monthly invoices sent, or AI usage.

Every new personal account starts free. The free plan is a real workspace with conservative limits — a way to evaluate the platform without a card.

Paid personal plans unlock more services, more features, and higher limits for an individual account. Compare the current tiers on the pricing page.

Team plans are billed per seat under one subscription.

  • The team owner picks the seat count at checkout and can adjust it later from the team dashboard.
  • Invited members occupy seats; owners can only invite as many members as they have paid seats for.
  • Members inherit the team’s service access — they do not pay separately.

Enterprise plans cover organizations that need administrative control: member seats, roles and delegated capabilities, per-member service and feature access, verified email domains, SSO and SCIM provisioning where supported, and organization-level billing. Enterprise subscriptions belong to enterprise accounts: create one by choosing the Enterprise option in the sign-up wizard, or contact us to discuss requirements. Existing organization owners and admins manage their workspace from the enterprise dashboard.

Plans express limits in two ways, and they behave differently:

  • Monthly allowances reset at the start of each billing cycle — for example invoices sent per month or monthly AI usage. Your dashboard shows when the current usage period resets.
  • Capacity allowances do not reset, because they count things that continue to exist — for example stored files, meeting rooms, or published courses. Capacity frees up when you delete or archive the items.

The signed-in dashboard and each service show the limits configured for the active account, and warn as you approach them.

Add-ons and plans solve different problems:

Subscription plan Add-on
What it is The base bundle of services, features, and limits An optional extra purchased on top of your plan
When to use it Your overall needs changed One specific limit or capability is the bottleneck
Effect Replaces your previous plan’s entitlements Extends a specific allowance or capability while your plan stays the same
Billing Recurring subscription Purchased alongside the subscription; recurring or consumable depending on the add-on

In practice: if you keep hitting one limit — say you need extra capacity in a single service but the rest of your plan fits — an add-on is usually the lighter answer. If several limits are tight or you need services your plan does not include, upgrading the plan is the better move. Browse available add-ons at champrep.com/add-ons.

The billing app at billing.champrep.com is the home for everything money-related on your account:

  • View and change your subscription.
  • Manage payment methods.
  • Download receipts and review payment history.
  • Purchase and review add-ons.
  • Team and organization owners manage seats and shared billing from their team or enterprise dashboard, which links into the same billing surface.

CHAMPREP retries failed payments and keeps you informed by email at each step.

  1. Retry window — the payment is retried, including across your other saved payment methods where available.
  2. Grace period — your services keep working while retries continue, and you can settle the open invoice or update your card at any time from billing.champrep.com.
  3. Paused access — if the invoice remains unpaid after the grace period, access to paid services is paused and a final notice is sent. Your data is not deleted.
  4. Instant restore — paying the open invoice restores access immediately.
  • You can cancel a subscription at any time from billing.champrep.com.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep what you paid for until then, and the plan simply does not renew.
  • CHAMPREP does not issue partial refunds for unused time; the same rule applies when a member leaves a team mid-cycle (the seat adjusts at the end of the period).
  • After a paid plan ends, the account returns to the free plan; content remains subject to the free plan’s limits and the Terms of Service.
