Create your CHAMPREP account

Every CHAMPREP service uses one account. You sign up once, and the same identity, profile, and plan follow you across Mail, Calendar, Drive, Work, CHAMPREP AI, and the rest of the service catalog.

Start at champrep.com and choose Sign up, or go directly to the sign-up page.

One sign-up form covers all three account types. Pick the option that matches how you plan to work — you do not need to decide everything up front, and personal accounts can join teams or organizations later through invitations.

The default choice for an individual.

  • Starts on the free plan, with paid plans available whenever you need more.
  • Gives you a personal dashboard for your profile, security settings, notifications, and billing.
  • Can later accept an invitation to a team or an organization without losing the personal account.

A shared, per-seat workspace for a group that works together under one subscription.

  • The person who creates the team becomes the team owner and chooses the number of seats during checkout.
  • The owner invites members by email; invited members accept and join without paying separately, because the team subscription covers their seats.
  • Owners and team admins get a dedicated team dashboard for members, roles, seats, and billing, and every member keeps a personal dashboard alongside it.

An organization workspace for companies and institutions that need administrative control.

  • Created by choosing the Enterprise option in the unified sign-up wizard — an enterprise workspace begins life as its own enterprise account.
  • Supports member seats, roles and delegated capabilities, per-service and per-feature access control, verified email domains, and organization billing.
  • Organization owners and admins get an enterprise dashboard; members keep their personal dashboard and can switch between the two from the side panel.

After you submit the sign-up form, CHAMPREP sends a verification code to the email address you entered.

  1. Open the email and use the code (or link) to confirm the address.
  2. If the message does not arrive, check spam and use Resend email on the confirmation screen. Resending is rate-limited briefly between attempts.
  3. Once verified, you land in your new workspace and can open any service you are entitled to.

Verification protects your address from being claimed by someone else and is required before the account is fully active.

Sign in from any CHAMPREP service or directly at the sign-in page.

  • Email and password — the standard option.
  • Google or Facebook — supported social sign-in for accounts connected to those providers. Two-factor authentication still applies when it is enabled.
  • Passkeys — sign in with your device’s biometric or screen-lock credential where your browser and device support it.
  • Two-factor authentication — when enabled, sign-in asks for a code from your authenticator app. Recovery codes are available in case you lose the device. See Security and privacy for details.

Forgot your password? Use the reset option on the sign-in page and follow the verification steps sent to your account contact details.

  • Your personal dashboard collects your profile, security settings, notifications, billing, invitations, referral link, API keys, and account activity.
  • Service apps — each service has its own focused app, for example mail.champrep.com or drive.champrep.com. The full list, with links, is in the service catalog.
  • Dashboard switching — if you belong to a team or an organization with a management role, the left side panel of your dashboard offers a one-click switch between your personal dashboard and the team or enterprise dashboard.
  • Multiple profiles — you can keep more than one CHAMPREP account signed in and switch between them from the account menu in any service header.
  • Mobile apps — CHAMPREP offers mobile apps for major services, including the flagship platform app plus Meet, Calendar, Drive, Mail, CHAMPREP AI, and Chat.
  • Desktop app — a cross-platform desktop client is available from apps.champrep.com.
  • Browser extension and developer tools — a browser extension, a CLI, SDKs, and the developer API extend the platform further.
